    DescriptionArkansas State Seal cuff button, brass with green oxidation around the edge. Circular and convex in shape with image of lady libery stading atop a shield. This image is circumscribed by an inscription, "Arkansas Regnant Populi." Likely worn on the cuff of a Confederate frock coat.
