DescriptionLetter is addressed to Miss Mary Measler, Atty. of Little Rock. It is dated July 13, 1960. The top left corner says "The Candidate for the Citizen who Cares About Little Rock", with a picture of Williams below with two stripes with stars between as a border. All writing and pictures are in blue ink with the text of the letter in black type. The bottom of the letter says, "Haven't you Had Enough" in blue ink as well.

The text of the letter states that there is an enclosure of a booklet of the "great quotations in the ancestry of American Freedom." He writes to Miss Measler that they must not let Faubus to be reelected due to the "danger of a permanent tenure in the governor's office." He asks that Measler pass the booklet on to anyone who would appreciate it.
