Description1976-1978 Caricature of youthful Bill Clinton, of Arkansas’s future governor by George Fisher. Bill Clinton signed the cartoon It reads, "To Doug, Who has been with me since he was a babe in arms! With Thanks, Bill Clinton 8/25/78. Fisher drew Clinton in baby carriage because he was just 31 years old, one of the youngest gubernatorial candidates in the state's history. When he was elected, many in the press called him the "boy Governor."
