    DescriptionThree white oval shaped sticker on wax paper outlined by 1/16 inch medium blue around the perimeter. Lu is gray, Hardin is the same medium blue as the border, and U.S. Senator is in red. There is a white stripe and star on a red larger stripe above his name.
    Lu raised about $945 thousand dollars to run for retired David Pryor's seat but got beat in the primaries as a Democrat. He has since decided to switch to the Republican Party and in 1997 Gov. Mike Huckabee appointed Lu to run the state's higher education.
