    DescriptionIn October 1967, Governor Winthrop Rockefeller ordered the Arkansas State Police on a series of raids against casinos that resulte in the seizure of hundreds of slot machines and other gambling equipment.
    Colonel Davis and the Arkansas State Police hauled the evidence to a gravel pit for its destruction.
