    DescriptionBlack type on brown paper. "Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 27th day of december, 1905, enter into contract with any responsible person, persons, on terms satisfactory to me, to the keeping and working of the county prisoners for the ensuing twelve months, and i will from now until said day receive bids or proposals in writing from any and all persons the keeping and working said prisoners, reserving the right to reject any and all bids submitted.
    Such person or persons, entering into said contract will be required to execute a bond with approved personal security, payable to the state of Arkansas, for the use of Miller county, in the sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned according to law, that they will faithfully comply with the terms of the contract."
