DescriptionAn Arkansas State Police patrol car. The automobile is a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice that was converted to an Arkansas State Police vehicle. The car is white with symmetrical blue stripes with gray borders running diagonally from the front doors and meeting on the front of the hood below the Chevrolet bowtie ornament. "STATE TROOPER" appears in blue lettering on both front fenders and the trunk. ASP seals are on each side of "STATE TROOPER" on the trunk. The license plate, which is mounted to the front and the back of the car, is white with blue lettering, registration number 199, and includes the ASP seal, and the words Arkansas and State Police. The siren, which runs the width of the hood, is rectangular and includes blue and white lights. A post mount spotlight is attached to the left front fender. Inside the car, the dashboard is made of blue plastic, the doors are gray plastic with faux wood accents, and the interior is covered in gray cloth. In between the front seats is the Command Console, which includes the controls for a Motorola police scanner and the Federal Signal Corp. PA300--sire tones, PA, radio rebroadcast, and air horn. A Motorola speaker is mounted behind the driver's seat. The front has two bucket seats while the back is bench seating. The front and back seats are separated by a metal prisoner cage with a sliding glass top. A spare tire is secured in the trunk of the car.
