The brick veneering and the stone coping on the South wall will be removed. New sills will be cut for enclosing windows. New brickwork will be colored to match old brickwork. Brackets under the porch plate will be removed, and beams will be secured on each side of the door. These posts will be anchored to the concrete. New windows and a new door will be supplied. All new and old exterior surfaces of the porch are to receive three coats of lead and oil paint...
