It reads, "Dear Sir-Mr. J.M. Brinkley of Memphis, TN., a friend of mine will visit Little Rock, Ark. today or tomorrow, he is interested in the game and fish laws now being entertained by your body, he is a land owner of Arkansas and he will call to see you, I hope you will give him an interview and assure you that he is a pleasant gentleman and any cortsies you show him will be highly appreciated by me, with kind regards, I remain. Yours truly, A.L. Aydelott."
