    DescriptionA dinner plate that is part of a China Set attributed to Mike Huckabee, the Forty-fourth Governor of Arkansas, and his residency at the Arkansas Governor's Mansion. The plate is made of cream-colored porcelain with blue and gold trim on the rim. The Arkansas State Seal is printed along the rim of the plate. The plate was produced by Lenox and features text which states: "Arkansas Governor's Mansion", "2002", "In Honor of First Lady Janet Huckabee", and "Little Rock, Arkansas".

    Michael Dale Huckabee was born on August 24, 1955 in Hope, Arkansas. Huckabee ran for U.S. Senate in 1992, but lost to Dale Bumpers. Huckabee went on to run in the special election for the open lieutenant governor position in 1992 and won. In 1996, Huckabee was sworn in as the forty-fourth governor of Arkansas. Huckabee and his wife currently live in Florida.

    Janet Huckabee was born on July 15, 1955 in Lake Charles, Louisiana and married Michael Dale Huckabee on May 25, 1974. She served as the forty-forth First Lady of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007. As First Lady Janet co-chaired the Campaign for Healthier Babies in Arkansas, which promoted child immunizations. She also co-chaired the Habitat for Humanity and launched the Rapid Response Team of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the American Red Cross.
