DescriptionDresser scarf set in red on white embroidery and cutwork by Lucinda Daniel Watkins, Mother of Myrtle Watkins Vowell. Lucinda was born is Arkansas on Jan.29,1874 to Andrew Jackson Daniel (b. 1850 d. 1903) and Cora Esther Cox (b. 1851 d. 1889)
Lucinda married Robert D. Watkins on Mar. 23,1900. She died Dec. 24, 1951 of heart failure in Springhill, LA.
