    DescriptionA plate attributed to the family of John Ellis Martineau, the Twenty-eighth Governor of Arkansas. The plate features white porcelain with a green, pink, and yellow floral design. The plate was manufactured by Theodore Haviland, Limoges in France. Text on the back of the plate states: "Theodore Haviland", "Limoges", "France", and "Patent applied for". The plate would have been used at the Martineau residence on Battery Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
