DescriptionLetters have the letterhead of "Fort Smith Tuberculosis Association Thirtieth Annual Christmas Seal Sale" across the top in black with two columns of names underneath on the right and left. Between the two columns is a double cross in red. Under this is the body of a speech. There are corrections made in pencil lead. The last page is different. The letterhead reads, "Arkansas Equal Suffrage Central Committee,” across the top. There are names both above the letterhead in three columns and under the letterhead in one column to the left. The letter is dated Dec. 10, 1918.
