Description1928 U.C.V. Little Rock Reunion bible flag. The flag is a small rectangular piece of cloth with the Confederate design of the crossing blue stripes on a red background, with thirteen white stars spaced evenly in the stripes. There are numerous stains, frayed corners, and small holes. Also, some fading has occured.
