DescriptionConfederate parade flag on a wooden stick. The flag is the First National pattern with 9 stars. The flag had a square blue union the height of two bars, on which was placed a circle of white stars corresponding in number to the states of the Confederacy--South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia and Arkansas. (May 21, 1861 – July 2, 1861)


The flag is attached to the dark wood stick by rusted nails.
