    DescriptionResolutions by the New York Produce Exchange on Feb. 17th 1892 offering condolences to the family of Edmund Joy. Consists of six pages covered by black leather. Cover is lined with purple taffeta. There are finger prints on all but the first page. The first sheet is blank. The remaining five are printed in black ink. The last page has the stamp of the New York Produce Exchange. It is signed by the president and secretary of the exchange.
