DescriptionRegistered at land office in Harrison, Arkansas, certificate granting eighty acres to Thomas R. Scott signed by President Theodore Roosevelt on October 31, 1906. A small pastoral scene is located in the upper left corner, the seal of U.S. land office in the bottom left corner. The certificate no 17495 is located in the top left corner under the pastoral scene. Attached to the certificate is the certificate of record of filing dated 11 Oct. 1907 and is signed by Tom Allen, clerk, Izard County.Mary E. Johnson. Born October 23, 1835 in Alabama. Died November 20, 1910 in Izard County, Arkansas. Buried in Nail Cemetery in Izard County.
