DescriptionA portrait of Eula Terral, the wife of Tom Jefferson Terral, Twenty-seventh Governor of Arkansas (1925-1927). The portrait is oil on canvas and features an image of Mrs. Terral seated at an angle towards her right with her arm placed over her legs. Mrs. Terral is pictured wearing her Inaugural Gown, which is white and sleeveless with gold trim. She is also depicted wearing a long necklace, bracelet, and rings. The portrait is set on a green-gold background. The portrait was painted by Arkansas artist Betty Dortch Russell.
