    DescriptionEula Terral's shoes she wore to the Inaugural Ball of her husband Thomas Jefferson Terral, the twenty-seventh Governor of Arkansas on January 13, 1925. The pumps are gold in color and are open-toed with ankle straps and side buckles featuring golden rhinestones.

    Eula Terral Terral was born on July 24, 1891. She married Thomas Jefferson Terral in 1914. She served as the twenty-seventh First Lady of Arkansas from 1925 to 1927. She died on December 30, 1986 and is buried in Roselawn Memorial Park.
