The rectangular flyer is oriented vertically and features a red background with a cut-out photo of Leslie Rutledge in the foreground. Near the top outlined in a blue box is text that reads "Leslie Rutledge for Governor - Make Arkansas First" in white capital letters. Written across the bottom of the photo in white is text that reads "1st Woman Elected Attorney General," "1st Republican Elected Attorney General," "Next Governor." The bottom quarter of the flyer is covered with a solid blue box on which more white informational text is written. The text reads "Christian, Pro-Life, Gun-Carrying, Conservative, Momma," followed by a campaign website URL.

The back of the flyer features a similar design to the front. Bullet points of informational text and campaign promises are written down the length of the back and instead of a center foreground photo, a smaller photo of Leslie Rutledge with family is located in the bottom righthand corner.
