DescriptionWritten on wite paper in dark brown ink. One piece of paper has been folded to make 4 pages. The deed was signed on Nov 10, 1854. This document is an agreement for the purchase of land by D.R. Coulter from George C. Watkins and James M. Curran. Document is signed by Geo. C. Watkins, James M. Curran, and Mary C. Watkins. There are also entries from the clerks of Pulaski and Dallas Counties. The back page has been folded and is titled "Geo. C Watkins and Mary C his wife to Deed David R. Coulter." The page also lists the cost of the land as $82.68. The paper has an embossed "Southworth" seal in the upper left corner.
