    DescriptionLetter from the White House to Governor Terral. Letter on White House stationary dated April 12, 1926 to "My dear Governor Terral" declining to attend the National Balloon Races on April 29 and 30. Letter is typed and signed in black ink. Sheet has been folded.
    Dimensions 8.88 x 7.
    Envelope has postmark from Washington DC at 11:30 PM. On July 15, 1937 and has a cancelled 3 cent stamp in the right corner. "The White House" appears in blue ink in upper left hand corner.
    Made of paper and ink. Addressed to Honorable Tom J. Terral, Wallace Building, Little Rock, Arkansas.
