Clement of Lonoke, Arkansas presented to Clement at Camp Pike, Arkansas. The United State of America Army emblem is located in the top center of the paper with "Honorable Discharge from the United States Army" printed above it. The bottom left corner has the stamp from the Office Camp Pike Supply Officer, Camp Pike, Ark. and is signed by James E. Coman, 1st Lt. Urd. Dept., U.S.A.
