    DescriptionA Western Union Telegram envelope from World War I. "Western Union Telegram" is written in bold capital letters long the top of the envelope and the Wester Union logo is in-between the lines. A stamp for $0.03 is located in the upper right hand corner and has a stamp stating the date and time as "February 17. 8 AM. 1919." "Form 116" is also printed in the top right corner. Underneath "Western Union Telegram" is "For quick service answer by bearer" and the name "Jo Clements, Lonoke, Ark." written in pencil. "Pay no charges to messenger unless written in ink on delivery sheet" is printed in all black capital letters at the bottom of the envelope. The left hand side has two boxes, one on top of the other. The top box has "Number" printed in it, and the bottom box has "Charges" printed in it, both of them are all in capital letters.
