DescriptionHat worn by Seargent Herman Zearly. Sgt. Zearly served as the Old State House prison work crew commander until his retirement in 2003. He died in 2005.

Hat is navy blue with the Arkansas Department of Corrections' logo in blue and white and the letters "ADC" in white.
