    DescriptionA bone carved fountain pen for Governor George W. Hays made in 1915 by A.L. Ditto (sp?). The inside of the pen reads, "Compliments of AL Ditto, 21 years." The outside of the pen reads, on one side, Gov. of Arkansas." The other side reads, "Geo. W. Hays." The top of the pen is shaped like a top hat and has a patriotic emblem and 1915 inscribed on it.
