DescriptionPoster has a drawing of a woman holding a scale that has bags of money on both sides. The top reads, "Who is entitled to Compensation?" in red lettering. Across the bottom it reads, "Instead of the state compensating liquor men, liquor men should compensate the state," and "If you believe that the traffic in Alcohol does more harm than good - help stop it!!" both in black lettering. At the very bottom, in red lettering, it reads, "Strengthen America Campaign."
