DescriptionBlue flannel bag with drawstring casing stitched in white with brown drawstring. Red Cross (approx.) 3X3 stenciled on one side and small straight pin embeded.

This was given to Red Cross workers upon their leaving for France. It contained hand-knit wool socks, first aid kit and toiletries. It was made by volunteers in Little Rock, Arkansas and was used by a Red Cross worker in France during World War I.
