DescriptionBunting and cotton flag with a field of red and "X" type cross of dark blue. 5" wide edged in white cotton 3/8" wide. There are thirteen white stars five pointed stars, each three inchiches that lie on bars of cross. There is an orange boarder of bunting 1 5/8" wide on flag.

This flag is an example of the second bunting issue of the standard battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia. It conforms in size to that used by artillery batteries.

There is no known Arkansas association to this flag.
