DescriptionA double pedestal desk originally from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Governor's Office of Old State House. Three drawers, paneled gallery and a roll-top pedestals pivot to reveal twenty-four filing compartments on the left and eight on the right. A plaque reading, "Wooten's Rotary Desk, patented" is located below the center drawer. This desk was used in the Old State House during its Medical School days (1912-1936).
