DescriptionA First Day Cover commemorating the 53rd Presidential Inauguration of Hot Springs native William Jefferson Clinton on January 20, 1997. The seal of the Museum of Hot Springs US Postal Service is located on the left side of the cover with "Clinton/Gore/ 1997-2000/ 53rd Presidential Inauguration" printed in the middle with four red stars separating the text. A $0.32 stamp is located in the top right corner and reads, "Rural Free Delivery" on it. Stamped across the top of the cover is, "Museum Station/ January 20, 1997/ 53rd Presidential Inauguration/ William Jefferson Clinton/ Historic Boyhood Home/ HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK AR 71901" with the outline of the state of Arkansas with Hot Springs in the middle of the state, to the left of the text.
