DescriptionSusan Hutchinson's inaugural ball gown. She wore it to her husband's, Asa Hutchinson, Inaugural Ball as the 46th Governor of Arkansas on January 13, 2015. Susan wore a long, one-piece gown of black silk velvet. A white re-embroidered lace was applied to one shoulder with a black fox sleeve. It was designed by Helen Benton of Heber Springs, Arkansas.
