DescriptionSouvenir folder of color postcards (views on both sides) of Camp Pike (now called Camp Joseph T. Robinson) located in North Little Rock, Arkansas during WWI (1914-1918). A 3 cent stamp is located in the top right hand corner, and a postage stamp from a post office is on top of it. The postage stamp reads, "Nov 20. 6...19...Pike Bran..." The folder has a gray border with a vine and berry decoration, and above the address is,"Souvenir Folder of U.S. National Army Cantonment, Camp Pike, Little Rock, Ark." The folder is addressed to Mr. Fay Stobraugh...Arkansas” The front cover depicts a unit of men sitting in a field with their gear and weapons. The back reads, "From Joseph Stobraugh" and contains a picture of U.S. troops marching. This depiction is in closed in a gray border with a vine and berry decoration along with images of military life. The postcards inside the folder contain images of a view inside the camp, the division headquarters, the warehouse, the log cabin on North Ave., an airing out of gear, the base hospital, the camp entrance, the machine gun range, one of the Y.M.C.A. buildings, the fire department, the Knights of Columbus, the mess hall, the base hospital ward, an inspection of the barracks, artillery instructions, a platoon on guard, the light artillery, and a grand view of Camp Pike. There also in a list of U.S. accomplishments in the first six months of the war included.
