DescriptionDark brown wooden box with 44 Magic lantern glass slides from Little Rock public schools between 1910 and 1920. Also seven small canisters of film (possibly educational films). There is an incorrect index for the slides inside the top of the box (the index does not reflect what the slides really are). There is a metal latch on the front of the box.

These slides appear to be part of a series of slides depicting life in Little Rock public schools between 1910 and 1920.

The schools that are represented in the slides are Forrest Park, Woodruff, Rightsell, Peabody, Pulaski Heights, U.M. Rose, Pfeifer, Mitchell, and Little Rock High School. There is also a negative of a Little Rock night school class.
