    DescriptionTwo sheets of similar size. Handwritten in black ink on blue paper. Two sheets are sealed together with two wax drops at the top of the document. The document is signed by Richard C Byrd. Document is an agreement to secure a deal by selling Byrd's slaves to Trapnall. There is an embossed insignia in the upper left corner. The second page holds an embossed seal of the Jefferson Circuit Court.

    "This (?) made and entered into this first day
    of March A.D. 1852 by and between Richard C. Byrd of
    the (?) have and (?) W. Trapnall of the (?) have

    (?) to the (?) and (?) of John Pike
