    DescriptionAppears to be pig skin leather pouch for the carrying of civilian war ration coupons and tokens. Visible token pocket on front of and sewn to front of pouch between lip and major pouch flap snap fastener. Said smaller pouch contains paper insert script printed, "Visible token pocket" and "genuine leather" in the color red. The words, "Ration Books" are imprinted in a gold color on the front of the pouch to the right of center. Contents of the main pocket of the pouch include two war ration books numbered one, two and four. The small pouch contains the above descibed sheet of paper and one small token titled "OPH Red Point" the value is shown as "1" Point.
