    DescriptionGovernor Brough's black cotton single-breasted suit-vest features notched lapels, four welled front pockets, and six button closure. Gold satin lining features golden circles and orange pin stripes and has a pocket on right side. The back is brown cotton with a belt cinch with a blue metal closure featuring a fleur de lis design and "solide" inscription. Four of the six original cloth-covered buttons remain. Front fabric is soiled and has a burn hole on right front.
