DescriptionThe cover is addressed to Mr. D.B. Lagan in Des Moines, Iowa. There is one centennial stamp in the upper right corner. The stamp is a three cent postage stamp with a drawing of the Old State House Museum. On the left side of the cover is a series of four pictures. One picture of explorers and native americans; a farm, and a riverboat, and the last of the Old State House Museum. Within the picture reads Arkansas 1836 centennial 1936, 100 years of statehood.
