Indenture between Samuel Mosely and Hewes Scull (later Sheriff of Phillips County) for a tract of land in New Madrid County now Arkansas County. Witnessed by D. Mooney. Also signed by John Dodge, Clerk of Arkansas County Court, and Justice of the Peace for the Township of Arkansas.
