DescriptionSouvenir plate purchased at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. The plate is white with a blue ink pattern displayed on the front. An image of Thomas Jefferson in the center of the plate. On the bottom of the plate "The World's Fair, St. Louis Mo. U.S.A." in bold. On the lip of plate are pictures of different buildings featured in the World's Fair Exhibition. On the back of the plate in the center are the words, "The Rowland & Marsellus Co./Staffordshire/England/ Designed and Imported by Barris/St. Louis Mo." Plate is a different design than the large and small of the set.
