DescriptionJump ring at the top, runs through two tin (left) hands. Each hand has a cuff & a ring on the ring finger. Brass lifter is two pieces of metal that meet in a V shape, they are riveted & then formed into a circle with an opening for grabbing the fabric of the skirt.
