    DescriptionArkansas Confederate twenty-five cent note from Jas. S. Smith of Elgin, Arkansas. Printed by the Jacksonport Herald Print in black ink on aged-white paper. At the top of the note is an image of a steam engine and two railcars in profile. The reverse side of the note has five rectangular pieces of white paper adhered, each with red and black printing. Serial number is 667 and the rarity level is 7.
