DescriptionMargaret Cherry's opera white kid leather gloves, worn to Governor Francis Cherry's Inaugural Ball, have three buttons on each wrist. The gloves are in overall good condition; however there are stains on each glove around the wrist.

Margaret Frierson Cherry was born on August 21, 1912. She served as First Lady of Arkansas from 1953-1955. She died on July 7, 1990.
