    This Banner is presented each year at the state convention of the Women's Christian Temperance Union, to the local union which has the best all-round report for the year. Presented at the 1935 convention at Russellville, to the Lulu A. Markwell Union, of Little Rock, Arkansas. Presented at the 1936 convention at Stuttgart, to the West Side Union of Little Rock, Arkansas.
